Delivery & Tracking
We want your Animal Manor order to arrive safely and as quickly as possible. Here's everything you need to know about our delivery.
UK Standard Delivery
- Standard Delivery (3–5 working days): £3.95
- Free standard delivery on orders over £60!
We currently deliver within the UK only.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to track your delivery directly with the courier. Alternatively you can track you order through the Orders section of your account.
Order Processing
Orders placed before 12pm Monday–Friday are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12pm or over the weekend will be dispatched the next working day.
Something Gone Wrong?
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at support@animalmanor.com and we'll look into it straight away.
