We want you to love every purchase from Animal Manor. If something isn't quite right, we're here to make it easy.

Our Returns Policy

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item.
  • Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.
  • Sale items are non-refundable unless faulty.

How to Return

  1. Email us at returns@animalmanor.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We'll send you a return authorisation and instructions within 24 hours (Mon–Fri, 8am–8pm).
  3. Pack your item securely and send it back using a tracked service.
  4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.

Exchanges

Want a different size or colour? Simply follow the returns process above and let us know what you'd like instead. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately at returns@animalmanor.com with a photo and your order number. We'll resolve this as quickly as possible.
